The Bridge and Tunnel Club has attended an annual sausage party two years running. Rather than an intensely boring gathering of horny dudes, this is a party for people who want to make their own sausage. Each guest totes along an assortment of fillings -- meats, cheeses, vegetables, spices -- while the host provides a hand cranked meat grinder, a scary plastic sausage injector, and a big bowl of casings. It's hard to say what's more fun, the making or the tasting. We hope these photo essays will inspire many more sausage parties.
