The Bridge and Tunnel Club loves Thanksgiving leftovers, but sometimes there really isn't enough of any one thing to make it worth serving again. That's when we get creative.

Put them in a 350 degree oven until they are firm on top and a toothpick comes out clean.

Thanksgiving Muffins: Ready To Eat

Present them artfully and unsuspecting guests will eat them. In all seriousness, these were really tasty muffins -a turkey dinner in every mouthful.
