They had nice views of Chinatown and Lower Manhattan from the fourth floor there:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/bigmap\/manhattan\/lowermanhattan\/chinatown\/2eastbroadway\/2805-28-10.jpg\" alt=\"View of Chatham Square From Fourth Floor of 2 East Broadway, Chinatown, Lower Manhattan\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Paul Grieco of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridgeandtunnelclub.com\/bigmap\/manhattan\/lowermanhattan\/tribeca\/terroir\/index.htm\">Terroir<\/a> is a hoot. He&#8217;s right about street fairs, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridgeandtunnelclub.com\/blog\/archives\/2006\/08\/you_rerouted_tr.html\">by the way<\/a>, and feels strongly enough about it to include a page of his thoughts regarding the subject in the establishment&#8217;s book-length menu:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/bigmap\/manhattan\/lowermanhattan\/tribeca\/terroir\/0105-28-10.jpg\" alt=\"Terroir, 24 Harrison Street, Tribeca, Lower Manhattan\" \/><\/p>\n<p>At Lupa, you can learn how to say &#8220;employees must wash hands before returning to work&#8221; in Italian:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/bigmap\/manhattan\/villages\/greenwich\/lupa\/0705-29-10.jpg\" alt=\"Employees Must Wash Hands, Lupa Osteria Romana, 170 Thompson Street, Greenwich Village, Manhattan, May 29, 2010\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Saturday, May 29, 2010<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridgeandtunnelclub.com\/bigmap\/brooklyn\/boerumhill\/mileenddeli\/index.htm\">Mile End Deli<\/a> in Boerum Hill has Montreal smoked meat almost as good as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridgeandtunnelclub.com\/bigmap\/outoftown\/canada\/quebec\/montreal\/schwartzs\/index.htm\">the stuff we tried in Canada back in February<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/bigmap\/brooklyn\/boerumhill\/mileenddeli\/0305-29-10.jpg\" alt=\"Smoked Meat Platter, Mile End Delicatessen, 97A Hoyt Street, Boerum Hill, Brooklyn\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridgeandtunnelclub.com\/bigmap\/brooklyn\/carrollgardens\/stagnes\/index.htm\">St. Agnes Church<\/a> in Carroll Gardens. And the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridgeandtunnelclub.com\/bigmap\/brooklyn\/gowanus\/powerhouse\/index.htm\">Brooklyn Rapid Transit Power House<\/a> near the Gowanus Canal:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/bigmap\/brooklyn\/gowanus\/powerhouse\/0505-29-10.jpg\" alt=\"Brooklyn Rapid Transit Power House\/Third Avenue Power Station, 323 3rd Avenue, Gowanus, Brooklyn\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s weird how all power houses look similar.
