Trying out something new: updating the Big Map in real time, as we’re traveling . . .<\/p>\n

Landed on Monday, August 2 and settled into the AirBnB on the edge of Juárez<\/a>. Woke up to enjoy the ballet below, and it’s been a while since my arm hurt this much from playing Punchbuggy:<\/p>\n

First full day was mostly spent getting food and essentials, though we did pass through Plaza Giordano Bruno<\/a> on the way to the supermarket:<\/p>\n

Second full day we took a break to explore Centro Histórico<\/a>, first stop being the massive Zócalo<\/a> plaza in the center of the old city, which I thought I saw was the largest such plaza in Latin America:<\/p>\n

From there, sweets at Dulcerí\u00ada de Celaya<\/a> and churros at El Moro<\/a>:<\/p>\n

Read there was a nice playground in Parque Lincoln<\/a> in the swanky Polanco neighborhood, so there. Beautiful spot:
