F &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; you,&#8221; Date, 18, allegedly scribbled. He also taunted: &#8220;Catch me if you can.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Then he wrote his name, birthday and Hull Street address on the envelope, says a complaint unsealed by the Brooklyn U.S. Attorney&#8217;s Office.
