The weapon had &#8220;snaps&#8221; in it, causing it to make realistic noises of a gun being fired. He also resisted arrest. He was charged with making terroristic threats, menacing, resisting arrest, harassment, violation of a local law and disorderly conduct.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The question is what he was terroristically threatening.
