According to Mr. Benepe, his wife said to him, &#8220;You better run after him.&#8221; He did.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect, identified by police as Juaquin Rosario, 40, didn&#8217;t struggle when Mr. Benepe caught up to him, the commissioner said.
