There should be no problem for last-minute Thanksgiving shoppers,&#8221; said Fairway Vice President Dan Glickberg.<\/p>\n<p>Upper West Side mainstay Zabar&#8217;s also serves on Thanksgiving Day.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re open 365 days a year,&#8221; said owner Saul Zabar. &#8220;You can absolutely come on Thursday morning and get everything you need for Thanksgiving dinner. We have turkeys. We&#8217;re making 400 of them this year.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Other last-minute markets include Zabar&#8217;s, Citarella, Gourmet Garage, Eli&#8217;s and Whole Foods.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Notably absent from that list is Fresh Direct, which somehow had <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nypost.com\/seven\/11292006\/news\/regionalnews\/net_biz_gobble_bobble_regionalnews_marsha_kranes.htm\">problems delivering thanksgiving dinner on time last year<\/a> (this from a company that does only one thing &#8212; <em>deliver food<\/em>).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Can&#8217;t you have at least one home-cooked meal this year?
