Bloomberg again prepares to trot around the world with a gaggle of cameras behind him, a question is emerging: Is he traveling so much for the city? Or for much-denied presidential aspirations?<\/p>\n<p>The mayor &#8212; whose official trips this year have taken him to Mexico, Paris and London as well as New Orleans, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, Seattle and St. Louis &#8212; will fly to China and Indonesia the week of Dec. 9.<\/p>\n<p>He is taking along Deputy Mayor Kevin Sheekey, who has been promoting Mr. Bloomberg&#8217;s presidential prospects almost since the mayor was re-elected in 2005.
