You don&#8217;t want to f- &#8211; &#8211; with the Irish.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Most of his tenants are from the Middle East, and Martin doesn&#8217;t hide the fact that he&#8217;d be happy if they went back whence they came. <\/p>\n<p>In another note, Martin wrote, &#8220;To all tenants. If you don&#8217;t know how to read, there are 3 airports, pick 1 and keep going and don&#8217;t come back.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He&#8217;s crazy,&#8221; one tenant said. &#8220;He&#8217;s nuts.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Standing outside the four-story building at 278 91st St. holding his cuddly Pekinese dog, Pretty Girl, the potty-mouthED senior told The Post that most of his notes are geared toward tenants&#8217; inability to follow orders on how to throw out trash. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They&#8217;re Arabs, they don&#8217;t give a f- &#8211; -,&#8221; said Martin, sporting a Ground Zero memorial baseball cap. <\/p>\n<p>. . .<\/p>\n<p>Martin, a former transit employee who became a super in 1994, said he started writing the notes a few years ago because the building regularly received summonses for trash collection. <\/p>\n<p>He said in the past week, he&#8217;s received two summonses worth $125 in fines. That led him to post new notes, telling tenants to &#8220;put garbage inside the cans and not on top of [trash can] covers,&#8221; adding, &#8220;This is the last warning.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They don&#8217;t listen. They write back, &#8216;F- &#8211; you, get a life,&#8217; but they spell my name s-u-p-p-e-r, not super.
