Back Of House&#8221;<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>An angry waiter . . . picked up one of the normally dull [butter knife] blades during a brawl in the legendary [Algonquin] hotel&#8217;s eatery and wound up stabbing a sous chef and a host, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Jesus Payano, 43, was arrested for assault after the fight, which began at about 5 p.m. at the West 44th Street hotel.<\/p>\n<p>The trouble started when sous chef Christopher Goodwin got angry because Payano was playing a radio, and shut it off.<\/p>\n<p>The dispute escalated, and Payano allegedly grabbed the knife and slashed Goodwin in the hand.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Some enterprising cable network should make a reality show\/cage match called &#8220;Front Of House Vs.
