Koch, who turns 86 this month.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Why Koch? Mayor Koch was the last third term mayor the city had, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2009\/11\/06\/nyregion\/06third.html\">third terms being notoriously lame<\/a>. Maybe Bloomberg is telegraphing something . . . I&#8217;m just not sure what.
