We told them we have no plans.&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.metro.us\/newyork\/local\/article\/1141681--bloomberg-slams-totally-fictitious-happy-hour-ban-story\">Metro New York adds to that quote<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;The Health Department has no plans. We told them we have no plans.
