Except When They Do!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>There&#8217;s a cocktail in <em>The PDT Cocktail Book<\/em> called the &#8220;Pearl Button&#8221; (page 204) which has Cacha\u00c3\u00a7a, Lillet and lime juice (along with some other garnishes\/additions that weren&#8217;t immediately handy). We didn&#8217;t have Cacha\u00c3\u00a7a, so I guessed that tequila might be good. Here&#8217;s what we did:<\/p>\n<p>2 oz. tequila<br \/>\n3\/4 oz. Lillet<br \/>\n1\/2 oz. lime juice<\/p>\n<p>It was good!<\/p>\n<p>The second time we added a dash of Angostura bitters.
